Yeah, so I sprain my wrist, and call a temporary leave. So, halfway through tuesday, my wrist is good enough for me to do a comic…
…and the laptop bugs out. It’s Tablet PC, but the “Tablet” part of it dies. So I’m left without any way to make the comic… I muck about with it for a while, restart it a few times, nothing helps. The drivers for the tablet were just gone. Like the audience at the fat club’s rendition of Rocky Horror.
Couple hours later, everything just starts working again and the drivers are back. …So I make the comic, and here we are. Boom.
In other news, dinner was a whole bunch of PORK. …which… makes me nauseous just thinking about. Why is this important? Well, I’m actually deathly allergic to pork. Go figure. Why did I eat it? Well, it seems that on the east coast, “Prime Rib” means “Pork Rib”. …Whereas pretty much everywhere else in the country, “Prime Rib” is a Rib Roast… which is beef.
Seriously, what the fuck is up with people here? It’s like suddenly declaring that “Chocolate” is made from dandelions and 3 day old half drunk bottle of corona.
It does, however, make a mean cocktail. Try it! Your family and friends will love it!

Hahhahah, that happens around here with a type of salad. You order one of them and they bring you the other one. Somehow, when you eat it at home it is know with a name, but when you go to the restaurant they have inverted names: Ensalada rusa” is called “Ensalada Mixta” a restaurant and Mixta is called “rusa,” while in the homes of all Dominicans is the other way around.
